You are an experienced leader with a unique blend of sales experience, consulting skills, and leadership, with the business acumen and entrepreneurial skills to lead our efforts in building a world-class, global Partner Enablement function. Your leadership and related outcomes will drive productivity improvements to allow our partner ecosystem to scale to support our accelerated growth objectives. Reporting to the Director, Global Partner Programs and Operations, you will partner internally with global executives, regional leaders, and cross-functional teams spanning sales, product marketing, product management, sales enablement, customer success, and sales operations. You will have responsibility to create the vision, and develop the framework, programs, and infrastructure necessary to ensure that Apptio's partners have the level of readiness necessary to sell, implement, and deliver Apptio's solutions. Responsibilities Responsibilities Build, direct and manage the global Partner Enablement function and partner with supporting organizations Partner with senior executives, sales and customer success leadership to define enablement priorities, requirements, and desired outcomes Establish both partner- and role-based learning paths Create and implement the learning and accreditation framework, leveraging innovative, scalable solutions to deliver accelerated learning and productivity Execute large events with impactful learning experiences (Sales Kick-off, Partner Events) Identify technologies needed to accelerate, develop and deliver a high-impact global program Develop and implement a measurement methodology for Partner Enablement effectiveness, including productivity impact and product line objectives within the global sales and customer success organizations Effectively work with world-class third parties to accelerate key programs and fill resource gaps Implement feedback mechanism to understand what works and doesn't and use feedback to continuously improve the knowledge of the partner ecosystem and develop improved partner enablement training materials and collateral Implement scalable enablement infrastructure that improves partner productivity, including Learning Management Systems and Partner Portal Execute a consistent QBR process and quarterly reporting to demonstrate enablement ROI Qualifications Qualifications 10
years of combined experience in two or more of the following disciplines:
Sales; Customer Success; Partner Enablement; Corporate Learning & Training 5
years of experience in sales, consulting and/or partner enablement for enterprise software companies Track record of building and scaling best of breed global enablement and on-boarding programs Ability to build, create, and re-invent traditional learning methods, with a focus on user-adoption Experience leading creative, collaborative, cross-functional teams and an ability to attract talent Experience producing and hosting large, high-profile educational events Experience building business plans and investment strategies Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of multiple stakeholders Proven customer service oriented, results driven leader Inspiring written and oral communication skills Excellent executive presence, ability to drive adoption and credibility with senior leadership Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment High aptitude for managing and solving tactical issues with a strong sense of personal accountability Impact, influence and successful stakeholder engagement experience across multiple geographies Bachelor's Degree required
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
