WHAT YOU'LL DO Serve as a project traffic manager communicating with team members, business area leaders, and vendors regarding marketing projects and serving as a conduit for project updates communicating project status updates.
Ensure marketing deliverables are accurate and timely utilizing project management software reporting to alert marketing team members to overdue tasks or projects.
Schedule meetings with vendors, managers, and employees related to Creative Services.
Assist the Director of Creative Services with coordinating, creating, revising, and filing advertising, branding, and marketing materials.
This included but is not limited to video, print, and digital marketing.
Work with creative services vendors to ensure information and assets to complete projects are received and accurate, including but not limited to primary photography, imagery, color palettes, and logos.
Ensure that all materials are on brand, consistent with planned marketing strategies, and approved by the Director of Creative Services or Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Communicate with requestors to ensure they have status updates and that marketing materials are accurate and timely.
Work with vendors to obtain quotes, purchase orders, press proofs, and coordinate deliveries.
Coordinate production requirements with printers, vendors, and overall publication schedules.
Audit websites for grammatical errors, broken links, outdated photography, and video, and update them with help from Director of Creative Services as needed.
Perform various administrative duties such as processing marketing invoices related to Marketing, scheduling, and proofreading.
Handle internal communications, including resource pages and weekly emails.
Ensure employee intranet is accurate and up to date.
