Responsibilities:
Assisting new and existing customers.
Meet and exceed company and location sales standards.
Handle customer situations in a friendly and equitable manner Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.
Support other team members.
Set an example of high personal and professional conduct.
Create the ideal customer experience.
Some travel for training will be required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must be age 18 and obtained high school diploma or GED required.
Experience in retail sales or customer service background.
Possess proven communication skills.
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary.
