You will be the BOB expert and go-to resource for your clients.
You will need to immerse yourself in the eLearning world and have a comprehensive understanding of our products and offerings, as well as the overall competitive landscape.
This role is based in Richmond, VA and will report directly to the Director of Client Success.

Onboard new clients seamlessly and help bring their vision to life.
Manage all aspects of the Blue Ocean Brain implementation process.
Be the expert for your client, understand and address their specific learning needs.
Serve as a liaison between the Content Development and IT teams and tailor Blue Ocean Brain to align with client expectations.
Create client connections, collaborate with clients to promote strong learner engagement.
Ensure client is maximizing all the functionalities of Blue Ocean Brain.
Drive retention and growth among our valued clients by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
Identify opportunities for clients to act as Blue Ocean Brain advocates and promoters.
Collaborate closely with Business Development team in support of clients, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Proactively identify and strategize ways to upsell Blue Ocean Brain.
What You'll Bring:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
