Summary This Customer Service Associate (Investor Services Financial Associate) position will support our Investor Relations Department to help us meet and exceed our goal of providing exceptional services to our investors.
This detail-oriented person will work with multiple departments and members of the Investor Relations Team to learn all aspects of Capital Square Investor Relations and must be able to work on multiple deadline-driven tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
The Investor Services Financial Associate will be responsible for processing monthly and quarterly investor distributions, monitoring annual property rents for changes, and will liaise with the Treasury Department.
This person will also answer investor, financial representative and internal customer inquiries by email and phone; update CRM investor information; assist with account retitles; and assist with property sales and UPREITS.
Primary Responsibilities Process Monthly and Quarterly Distributions Liaise with the Treasury Department pertaining to investor distribution information Answer incoming investor telephone calls, monitor customer support email inbox and respond within 24 hours to inquiries Conduct research to resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary Update investor information in multiple CRM systems Support all members of the Investor Relations Team as needed Knowledge and Skills Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred; commensurate experience in finance, real estate title or real estate paralegal work considered 2
years of experience in a fast-paced office environment, with an emphasis on customer service Professional demeanor, in-person, by email and on the phone Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Proven ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with multiple individuals and teams Ability to communicate on complex topics and devise methods to simplify complicated processes Must be coachable and eager to learn and grow Proficient with MS Office Suite Must have basic accounting skills Salesforce reporting experience a plus Work Hours Monday through Friday 8:
30 AM - 5 PM Work Location Primarily office-based, remote one day per week.
