Quick Apply Contract 2 hours ago Full Job Description Global Surgical and Medical Support Group, a non-profit NGO, is looking for a full-time, contract recruiter who will be responsible for executing all phases of recruitment from candidate sourcing, marketing, screening and all related recruitment efforts.
The recruiter will source candidates utilizing a variety of medical venues to include:
online, social media, career fairs and list services, residency/fellowship programs or agencies.
Coordinate all scheduling, interviewing, travel arrangements and distribution of candidate information to the executive team.
Recruiter will also be responsible for creating effective recruitment plans, sourcing staff and presenting information to the executive team and hiring managers.
Experience:
Three years of recruiting experience required in a healthcare environment, sales and marketing experience a plus.
Previous physician recruiting background is strongly preferred.
Education Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Healthcare Administration required.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in recruitment, sales or related field preferred.
Education may be substituted with years of experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities It is highly desirable that the candidate has experience working with the Paychex Flex Hiring Module or myStaffingPro Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Results Driven.
Strong telephone skills for cold calling.
Ability to generate leads through networking.
Computer and database proficiency.
Ability to work independently and be organized in order to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Possess critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements This is a fully remote position.
Pay rate:
$33/hr Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
