Job Description Generator Supercenter of Virginia is looking to hire a fulltime Customer Service Representative for client support at our Glen Allen showroom.
You will be responsible for handling phone and email inquiries, setting consultation and service appointments, confirming appointments, helping showroom walk-in clients with their information needs, as well as general sales support for our consultation team for in-home sales of Generac Home Standby Generators.
Additionally, you will provide administrative support to our operations team.
Generator experience is a plus, but not requiredwe will train you.
Your ability to be dependable, work independently, build comfortable relationships with our clients and your desire to achieve within a team environment, will be the keys to your success.
Your time management skills and attention to detail will also be important.
This is a fulltime hourly position.
