Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, and uploading and emailing documents - Utilize software tools such as a scheduler to assist with document management and electronic signatures - Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone calls - Maintain and update Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Proficiently use Google Docs
Qualifications:
- A people person who likes a variety of tasks and change - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in using computer technology - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note:
