Writing, editing, revising, and publishing policies and procedures, forms, memos, and other documents.
Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and create or revise documents; assisting with committee meetings.
Writing and revising eLearning scripts.
Writing and managing various company newsletters.
Researching various subjects and processes and translating that research into clear and concise prose.
Assisting with maintaining the policy management system to ensure information is up to date and accurate.
Troubleshooting user account issues in the policy management system.
Training employees to navigate the policy management system.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to work with highly confidential matters and maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task to meet multiple project deadlines.
Minimum of one year of Patient First experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and on a team.
Knowledge of Microsoft products; knowledge of Adobe products preferred but not required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
