Patient Account Representative Status:
Full-Time with Benefits Progress Rehabilitation Network LLC & Affiliates is a locally owned private practice group that provides outpatient physical rehabilitation services at clinics located in Central and Northern Virginia.
Founded in 2006, the company continues to grow and operates clinics under the names of InMotion Physical Therapy, Integrated Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy, Progress Physical Therapy, and Elite Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy.
Our Patient Account Representatives deliver the highest levels of customer service to our clients.
Position responsibilities include Patient Account management and A/R management for our affiliate clinics.
Direct, in-office relationships included interacting with our Practice Administrator, other Patient Account Representatives, Insurance Verification Specialists, our President and Managing Partner, and the Compliance Officer.
Patient Account Representatives also communicate directly via phone or electronic platform with our clinicians and front office staff in the clinics.
Basic computer literacy required as on-site training in the use of our EMR and billing platform begins immediately.
Phone skills and customer service experience required.
Medical intake, insurance benefits verification, and billing experience preferred, but not required.
