Actively listening to the customer's needs and wants.
Reading the script verbatim to engage the caller and to keep the conversation fluid, if transfer is applicable, transfer appropriately.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements in regard to compliance standards.
Competencies Persuasion Skills Effective Communication Technical Capacity Collaboration Skills Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
As well as the ability to use a computer in a timely manner.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time on-site position.
We are looking for the following availability to accept any shift offered by the client:
Monday through Friday, 8:
00AM-8:
00PM, as we are actively hiring for our 11AM-8PM shift at this time.
The base rate is set at $13/hour plus incentive based on performance or attendance.
Many of our agents are earning an extra $1-$4 per hour.
