49 an hour Duties - Conduct initial client interviews to gather relevant information for immigration cases - Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents - Maintain case files and update case management systems - Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status and gather necessary documentation - Assist with translation of documents as needed Skills - Fluent in Spanish oral and written Strong interviewing skills to gather accurate information from clients - Clerical skills for organizing and maintaining case files - Professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and other parties involved in the immigration process - Ability to file documents accurately and efficiently - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously - Understanding of immigration law and procedures Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
