Summary:
A CD/IRA Coordinator handles day-to-day processing of requests from branch associates, other Capital One departments, and customers on Certificate of Deposit (CD), Individual Retirement Account (IRA), Passbook, & CDARS products.
Incoming work will include emails, mail correspondence, faxes, telephone calls on the Branch Associate Support Line via Avaya IP Agent software, and other various Acquire reports.
Responsibilities:
Assist branch associates and other areas with IRA savings product and processing
Assist branch associates and other areas with non-IRA savings product and processing
Acquire report processing
Research Bank Ledger outages
Process CDARS transactions via the Promontory Network
Assist in projects for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Basic
Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification or military experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
1 year of operations experience
Preferred
Qualifications:
2 years of bank operations experience
Very strong knowledge of IRA products and requirements
Strong knowledge of Retail banking savings products (CDs, Passbooks, & CDARS)
