While clearing the table after completion of the entr e offer guests'' dessert, coffee or after dinner drinks and remain aware of the current wine and assist guests with selections.

## Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
One year food server experience preferred.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
Must be aware of all applicable federal, state and local health and safety regulations and how they relate to food preparation and storage.
