The Operations Production Coordinator will be responsible for handling cardholders' disputes involving credit card charges on Capital One accounts. The disputes are required to be handled within predetermined time frames. Candidates with this knowledge will be able to determine correct avenues for resolving disputes for Capital One customers. In addition, the role includes completing necessary functions in several systems and making customer contact through both inbound and outbound phone channels. The ideal candidate will become extremely knowledgeable with Master Card and Visa chargeback regulations and reason codes. This individual will need excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision. Responsibilities: - Perform necessary and routine research to resolve problems in assigned area - Track production and quality statistics to meet departmental goals - Escalate situations appropriately to management - Collaborate with department to execute daily processes and operations - Provide a world class experience for customers Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - At least a High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or Military experience - At least 1 year of customer service experience - At least 1 year of call center experience Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree - Team Player - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attendance record - Great attention to detail occurrence disciplinary - Deadline oriented - Ability to retain and keep track of relevant information - Demonstrate ability to work independently and effectively in a changing environment - Flexible and quickly responds to meet changing business needs - Ability to quickly analyze and problem solve to complete a dispute investigation with an accurate resolution - Motivated, results driven, with a passion for enhancing the customers' experiences and the business - At least 2 years or more of customer service experience - Working knowledge of systems such as Tsys, Chordiant and Iris

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
