The Inside Sales team develops professional rapport via high-volume outbound telephone calls with healthcare professionals in order to elicit confidence and active interest in HCD's ability to provide products to and support for their patients, thereby securing opportunities for, and referrals of, new business.
Job Duties Include:
o Makes outbound telephone sales calls to healthcare professionals, with the overall objective of building professional relationships with key decision makers that yield regular referring contacts with a continual stream of patient referrals.
o Meets or exceeds assigned territory quota objectives and performance metrics daily. Assignment to be largely comprised of prospecting a variety of call points throughout the continental United States, for example: Home Health Agencies, Departments of Social Services, Assisted Living Facilities, Personal Care Agencies and other call points as provided by management.
o Ensures that the status of all accounts and account contacts is accurately maintained on a daily basis.
o Works independently and/or collaboratively to expediently answer inquiries and resolve issues within regulatory and Company requirements, ensuring referral source and patient retention and satisfaction and escalating issues whenever appropriate.
o Performs all duties in full compliance with all federal and state statutes, regulations and policies, CHAP requirements and policies and HCD''s Compliance Program and Standards, including but not limited to, maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy of patients'' protected health information (as defined by HIPAA) in accordance with HIPAA regulations, cooperating with internal and external investigations, reviews and audits, engaging in good faith reporting of compliance concerns, and participating in annual and ad hoc complianceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
