As our next Technical Analyst, you will lead either a team or a specific technology, facilitating strong partnerships to drive project and service delivery. As part of this role, you will be deeply involved in testing, training and implementation of applications. Cross functional leadership and organizational agility are a must!
- Have a thorough understanding of business processes and system needs to formulate and define system scope and objectives. - Perform the role of integration technical analyst. The work involves managing the integration between multiple Capital One systems and external vendor(s). - Must be an innovative thinker to provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects. - The role has more involvement in technical analysis, experience in working with core technical teams (Architects/Designers/Developers) is critical.
- Work with Agile methodologies.
- Responsible for working with client and backend teams to define API and document the specification such as API Input/Output, Error scenarios, Orchestration etc. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or military experience - At least 3 years of experience in IT projects - At least 2 years of experience in Technical Systems Analysis and Design - At least 2 years experience in Requirements Analysis - At least 1 year experience working on an Agile Team - At least 2 years experience with XML, XML Schema and Data Modelling
Preferred Qualifications: - Masters Degree in MIS, Engineering or Business - At least 5 years of experience in IT projects - At least 4 years of experience in Technical Systems Analysis and Design
- At least 2 years experience with using tools like Visio, IgniteXML, Altova XMLspy
- At least 5 years experience in working with XML, XML Schema and Data Modeling - At least 2 years experience with Payments - At least 2 years experience working in P2P implementation - At least 2 years experience working in API implementation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
