in support of our RPO client's hiring and project support needs.
GENERAL DUTIES :
Our Recruiters provide recruiting support on our client's site and are responsible for meeting individual placement objectives by sourcing, assessing and presenting candidates. The recruiter provides strong strategic support to the business by consulting on the process, compliance and expectation setting.
JOB DUTIES:
o Coach & mentor other team members- participating in opportunities to share additional training, best practices, and business/industry specific knowledge
o Take the lead in delivering business critical initiatives, hiring events, and projects/programs to the client
o Represent Yoh in client sponsored work-outs and project planning meetings
o Actively pursue and share new sourcing and recruiting channels
o Consistently seek and review goals and trends to assist team in strategy and planning to drive down cycle times, increase hiring, and improve overall metrics performance
o Consult and advise hiring managers on overall hiring process
o Partner with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to successfully recruit top talent
o Collaborate as needed on job requisition details and creation
o Establish credibility as Recruitment SME
o Review job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for internet job postings and target niche sites
o Develop and execute recruitment and sourcing strategies
o Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods
o Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill & cultural fit
o Maintain knowledge of the Client industry, related industries, business supported and market demographics
o Review job descriptions for OFCCP compliance and marketing best practice
o Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR management to ensure hiring requirements are met
o Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process
o Work closely with appropriate resources to ensure interview scheduling process creates ideal candidate experience
o Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts, and Ad Hoc projects as necessary
o Consistently update applicant tracking system and hiring managers in a timely manner
o Ensure regulatory as well as client specific compliance
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
o Executive search experience a plus
o Business/Industry specific and/or transferable recruiting experience required
o Experience with ATS is strongly preferred
o Strong business acumen
o Ability to see big picture, identify gaps, develop and communicate plan, and achieve client buy-in
o Demonstrated success with high volume and niche recruiting in corporate environment
o Must demonstrate proven track record to proactively recruit talent outside of traditional sourcing methods
o Demonstrated ability to think innovatively when sourcing strategy needs recalibration
o Clear understanding of Boolean language and strong ability to use effectively in Internet sourcing
o Excellent communications skills (written, verbally and electronic) and presentation skills
o Skilled in candidate screening & interviewing
o Knowledge of state/federal labor laws and guidelines (including EEO)
o Ability to work within contractual time constraints to meet objectives
o Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; web-based applications; web-based collaboration tools; applicant tracking; social media recruiting techniques
o Flexibility in order to meet customer needs and deadlines is a MUST
o Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural, team environment
o Must have strong client service and recruiting background and bring an industry network to the effort
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
o Must possess at least 6 years of experience in Agency and Corporate recruiting for High Tech Software talent
o Minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting for niche/diverse skill sets in Software platforms, Product Development, Data Science and Data Engineering, Big Data, and Cloud Data analytics
