A/P Clerk
RemX Specialty Staffing is currently recruiting for an A P Clerk for a short term assignment with one of their major clients in the medical industry!Job Duties:
- Check and verify records- Prepare invoices and vouchers- Type, file, post ledgers and general journal entries- Balance accounts payable and accounts receivable records- Use office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries- May reconcile some accounts- May be responsible for a complete and systematic set of transactions in a specific phase of accountingQualified and interested candidates should submit their resume for consideration ASAP!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
