This Data Entry Specialist Position Features:
As a Payment Processing Specialist, you are responsible for evaluating production, analyzing invoicing data, and preparing invoices/reconciliations for properties inside and outside of the standard process.
Responsibilities:
oAnalyze and export invoice and collection data
oUpload invoice and collection data for client invoicing/reconciliations
oProcess and mail owners' checks including FedEx, e-mail, and extra packages, as needed
oScan and reconcile tenant checks and deposits
oEvaluate production daily to determine billing status and report critical issues
oStop payment, re-issue, and void checks, as necessary
oAnalyze/finalize client level bulk invoice data
oCalculate late fees and prepare late letters
oProcess customer payments and refunds (involves high level data entry)
oResearch Support
oOrder check stock and keep address labels/ mailing addresses updated in all systems
Requirements
oHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) with minimum of 1 year related experience
oHigh level data entry
oKnowledge of money movement
oExcellent math aptitude
o10-Key by touch
oExcellent problem solving skills
oExcellent organizational skills
oMust be able to work independently and multi-task
oProficient in Excel
oExcellent oral and written English communication skills required
o10 key preferred
